Job Responsibilities:
∎ Staffing:
∎ Manpower Plan, Job analysis & Manpower Fulfilment, Employee Orientation, Employee Probation Review, Worker up gradation as per policy
∎
∎ Training & Development (T&D):
∎ Execute OD Plan as per requirement, Initiate Individual Employee Development program for prospective staff, Structure the organizational practice in SOP as per requirement
∎
∎ Employee Care & Industrial Relation (ECIR):
∎ Established Vibrant Communication between management & worker, Responsible for Employee care & grievance resolve.
∎
∎ Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
∎ Set competitive pay structure, Ready regular monthly payroll, Control working hours as per projection, Make related reports (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly, Personal file Management, update MIS & Documentation.
