∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will be high preference
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management.
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will be high preference

∎ Recruitment.

∎ BGMEA – Bio Metric.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To Handle the HR issues of a huge number of employee/workforce.
∎ To take a key role in the HR recruitment process.
∎ To develop & implement appraisal policy.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006, and Labor Rules.
∎ Ensure the factories are always prepared/ready for following audits like Social compliance Audit, Technical/Quality Assurance.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditors' certain minor findings /discrepancies during an audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get the object of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers compliance inspection.
∎ To lead a team and make them same skilled to identify and solve any sort of problem.
∎ Have to carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.
