Working Experience:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in MIS, sales audit, or sales monitoring, preferably in FMCG or a distribution-based business.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP-based reporting systems.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Responsibilities & Context:

Taha Group is a well-established and rapidly growing FMCG and import-based business conglomerate in Bangladesh. As part of our ongoing expansion in sales operations and to strengthen our sales audit functions, we are currently looking for a competent, detail-oriented, and dedicated professional to join our team in the position of Officer / Senior Officer – MIS & Sales Admin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, verify, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data from all sales regions.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports on distributor performance, sales achievements, and stock positions.
  • Conduct regular audits of sales and distribution data to identify discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Monitor secondary and primary sales trends and assist in forecasting and budgeting.
  • Visit markets, dealers, and distributors regularly to verify field-level data and assess actual business activities.
  • Evaluate sales force activity and performance through route visits and spot checks.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales returns, offers, and dealer incentives.
  • Assist in developing reporting formats, dashboards, and audit tools aligned with management requirements.
  • Support internal audit teams in sales-related investigations or compliance reviews.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sales, distributor, and company data.
  • Follow up on sales target vs. achievement, region-wise performance, and exception reporting.
  • Provide training or technical support to sales staff regarding data submission or reporting formats.
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of sales policies, promotional schemes, and compliance checks.
