Job Responsibilities:
∎ Talent hunting of management staff as per the requirements of the organization
∎ Sourcing right candidates for the company using various channels
∎ Consult the business heads to know hiring needs for the short and long term requirement of the company
∎ Organize recruitment processes (job posting, shortlisting, the arrangement of interview, selection & placement)
∎ Experience in taking the lead and handling recruitment processes, job advertisement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluent written and spoken English
∎ Strong leadership skills to work in a cross-functional role
∎ Strong Analytical Ability & Honesty to the highest level
