Additional Requirements:
∎ 2- 4 years previous experience in a similar role within the food processing or slaughtering industry is highly preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
∎ Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality assurance is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee on-line quality-related activities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
∎ Conduct inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to required standards.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports for management on quality assurance metrics and findings.
∎ Coordinate production planning activities in alignment with customer demand and company objectives.
∎ Supervise and manage production line operations, including employee management, finished goods, and by-product handling.
∎ Calculate production metrics on a line-by-line basis and maintain accurate records in our ERP system.
∎ Coordinate the production, packing, freezing, and loading of intermediate and main product items.
∎ Generate reports and prepare documentation for delivery, including updating records and issuing necessary documentation on time.
