Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-3 years practical experience in poultry slaughtering plant or related industry.
∎ Strong understanding of ERP systems and proficiency in record-keeping and inventory management.
∎ Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, with experience in implementing and enforcing hygiene protocols.
∎ Experience with ISO standards and certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan production schedules according to customer demand to ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Supervise production line activities, including overseeing employees, monitoring finish goods and by-product production.
∎ Calculate production output for each line, maintain records, and update ERP systems with inventory data.
∎ Coordinate the production, packing, freezing, and loading of intermediate and main products onto vehicles.
∎ Prepare reports, update delivery challans, and maintain documentation in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor workers and supervisors on the production floor, providing guidance and optimize resource utilization to ensure smooth operation of the slaughtering plant production.
∎ Ensure compliance with ISO production requirements and maintain proper hygiene standards on the production floor.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production volume, cost, and quality standards of raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Evaluate, plan, and enforce food handling and processing procedures to ensure the highest quality and safety standards are met.
