Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support PDDR in reviewing and editing donor reports.
∎ Support PDDR in proposal development for different donors.
∎ Contribute to project concept development.
∎ Conduct background research for proposals that are being developed.
∎ Design research based KM products.
∎ Contribute to design of KM products.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and also encourage others to do so.

∎ Have knowledge on current national and global development trends related to FDMN crisis and Host community issues.
∎ Have experience of working with Rohingya response projects and knowledge of the CXB ISCG structure.
∎ Have knowledge on project design and budget formulation guidelines/requirements of major institutional donors.
∎ Have knowledge on project design tools and techniques.
∎ Have humanitarian rights and programming.
∎ Have ability to conceptualize new interventions across varied sectors in the CXB context
∎ Have excellent skills in technical and financial proposal and concept note development.
∎ Have excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills in English.
∎ Have skill on documentation, facilitation and reporting.
∎ Have strong analytical skills.
∎ Have experience in M&E processes and analysis and reporting, info-graphics.
