Educational Requirements:

∎ Graduation or Post Graduation in any subject preferably from either in Accounting, Finance, or relevant to inventory related costing will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Finance, Product Costing and budgeting

Accounting, Costing, GARMENT COSTING, Merchandising and Production., Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and analyzing chemical, supporting materials budgets, forecasts and consumption reports.
∎ Tracking labor hours loss and utilize into proper required area.
∎ Analyzing variances on forecasted materials stock status.
∎ Generate & analyze cost report, detect issues, and effectively communicate the leaders about cost performance, issues/ concerns, & recovery plans to the top management.
∎ Chemical- work along with Product Development Department for each new style, Product Development standards- Costing standard to every single bag & Lead to CSC (Chemical Support Canter).
∎ Zipper- Fix the buffer & find actual per bag.
∎ Thread- Production consumption, usage accuracy. Collaboration with China Team.
∎ Interlining – Study reason of supplement materials, find the actual materials, report in period.
∎ Main Materials like Leather, Fabric, PU, PVC’s File wise return materials consumption statistics prepare & periodically callout.
∎ Stock Analysis.
∎ Communicate with Warehouse to China Merchandiser, China Purchaser, BD Purchaser, PMC Team, Logistics, Packing and Planning for daily plan through Email and social media to sustain well synchronization of costing updates.
∎ Conduct root-cause analysis to identify problems and recommend solutions through setting up KPIs.
∎ System to knowledge on ERP, WMS, Power BI, commonly known MS Office packages.
∎ Kaizen – Ensure team members provide improvement ideas as per number of kaizen goal for the team and prepare a Kaizen report & being implemented every month or as and when required.
∎ S6S – Ensure that all elements of S6S is followed and strive to achieve target scores.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in material costing in leather/ garments industry will be given preference for the selection process. Experience in Merchandising functions will be also considered as important skill for selection consideration.
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 35000 (Monthly)

∎ After probation period additional Miscellaneous Allowance of BDT. 4,000 for Transport, Food & Accommodation.
