Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and issue store materials with proper records in professional manner as well as maintain standard inventory and delivery sheet separately
∎ Prepare periodic stock report (weekly/monthly/yearly), notification of inventory expiry or damage well before-
∎ Maintain programme wise inventory and delivery, monitor and control accordingly
∎ Ensure proper maintenance and operation of the store like safe receive, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch
∎ Maintain FIFO (First in First out) where applicable
∎ Maintain register as per PO sheet and maintain systematic data processing. Issue materials against approved SR
∎ Prepare necessary reports and submit to management as per requirement
∎ Maintain store documents and environment as per compliance
∎ Organize the store activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it updated all time
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement
∎ Arrange internal/external events like training/workshop/seminars
∎ Maintain event calendar and daily book the office meeting rooms
∎ Work on coordination with HO for the issuance of air ticket, accommodation and different logistics arrangement for guest and visitors
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
