Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/ Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or any other relevant subject from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: MS Office, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistics Management, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, store and issue goods and maintaining records in professional way.
∎ Maintain buyer wise inventory and delivery, monitor and control as required.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe received, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Maintain register as per P.O sheet.
∎ Process and maintain Data of the inventory.
∎ Make sure inventory control. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Prepare and submit reports to HOD/management as per requirement.
∎ Maintain store documents and environment as per compliance.
∎ Arrange the warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Prepare monthly report and submit to the department head and management.
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it update all time.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement.
∎ Issue materials against approved SR.
∎ Take care of fleet management issues.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have demonstrated competency to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Have effective acquaintance with people management, data entry management.
∎ Have excellent reporting skill.
∎ Have a good understanding and command in labor law and compliance issues.
∎ Have willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions.
∎ Have ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field.
∎ Have ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse organization.
∎ Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications.
∎ Have excellent language skills both English and Bengali.
