Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates with professional degree in supply chain management will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive, store and issue goods and maintaining records.
∎ Maintain buyer wise inventory and delivery, monitor and control accordingly.
∎ Ensure proper maintain and operation of the store like safe received, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ Maintain register as per PO sheet.
∎ Maintain system data processing of the inventory.
∎ Make sure of inventory control and ensure minimum stock level.
∎ Prepare necessary reports and submit to management as per requirement.
∎ Maintain store documents and environment as per compliance.
∎ Arrange the warehouse activities to ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Maintain store ledger and keep it update all time.
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly and yearly stock statement.
∎ Issue materials against approved SR.
∎ Oversee and look after fleet management issues at branch level.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Knowledge on supply chain management, warehouse.
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Communication and presentation skills.
∎ Microsoft Office programs
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization and coordination skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
