Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
∎ Skills Required: Hardware & Networking, IT Troubleshooting, MICROSOFT OFFICE

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Troubleshooting, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate, analyze and present data to develop set of quantitative reports according to the need of the management.
∎ Install, configure and troubleshoot PC, Laptops, desktop applications and operating systems (e.g. MS-Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
∎ Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
∎ Network setup and trouble shooting
∎ Various IT system installation, configuration and maintain back up processes
∎ Software deployment at client side, configure it and trouble shooting at system level
∎ Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
∎ Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
∎ Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
∎ Set up accounts for new users.
∎ Repair and replacing equipment as necessary.
∎ Any other task assigned by management time to time
∎ Provide Information Technological support to the users.
∎ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair company technology assets and infrastructures including but not limited to workstations and networking components.
∎ Maintain inventory of all hardware products and software licenses.
∎ Prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT hardware and software.
∎ Keep updated on the latest technology and security risks.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and also encourage others to do so.
