Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ B.Sc in CSE \ Diploma in Computer Science
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Experience in a Reputed Multinational IT eCommercebased Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), multinational company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Closely monitor project, collect user requirements, Bug/Error list, implement user SOP
∎ Software Installation & Support: Install ERP system to user PC, give support as required
∎ Data Entry: Master/ Configuration related Data, Project Start Up Data etc.
∎ Report Preparation: Daily/Weekly/Monthly Factory Progress Report preparation, comparison summary sheet preparation between Manual & System.
∎ Responsible for prepared different type of MIS report as per management required.
∎ Set-up and maintenance of IP, LAN and wireless router, DVR, CC-Camera, attendance machine, Bar code and Online Printer, and Microsoft outlook, MS Excel.
∎ Sound knowledge of hardware, trouble shooting, printer, scanner and projector related services.
∎ Monitor networks to ensure that all networks are available to all system users.
∎ Repair IT peripherals and equipment, such as laptops, desktops, monitors, printers, scanners, etc. Reinstall operating systems when hard disks break down.
∎ Adjust computer hardware components to ensure better performance and diagnose network connectivity problems, which involve replacing screens on computers, installing and configuring software programs, and assembling desktop and laptop computers, besides mobile devices and Macs.
∎ Document and resolve any network related problems.
∎ Develop and follow troubleshooting procedures in an effective way to resolve problems
∎ Ensure network operations is correctly maintained.
∎ Coordinate installation and commissioning of communication equipment’s.
∎ Open, correctly update, and close trouble tickets.
∎ Keep updated data regarding production, Packing and delivery for any urgent requirements.
∎ Prepare various types of reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis as per management requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
∎ Must have experience in- Project Implementation, Software Installation, Data Entry
∎ Knowledge regarding both Hardware & Software is required
∎ May need to visit Factory if required.
