Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial engineering,production engineering
∎ B.Sc in Industrial engineering/ production engineering/ Production Operation/ Supply Chain Management from well reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and prepare production schedule as per requirement.
∎ Analyzing & Increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ Take initiatives to reduce defects & wastage.
∎ Find bottlenecks, technical difficulties and quality related issues.
∎ Ensure smooth delivery products and Logistics management.
∎ Ensure and closely follow up warehouse related activities. (LIFO, FIFO Method)
∎ Conduct Root cause analysis of poor performance in quality and productivity.
∎ Prepare monthly analysis reports with required updates and submit to section/ department head.
∎ Prepare and update monthly progress report on productivity performance.
∎ Produce necessary analysis report on demand of management.
∎ Maintaining skill inventory of operators.
∎ Be responsive to any other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

∎ Must be energetic and well mannered.
∎ Ability to handle stress.
∎ Must be well communicative and smart.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Willingness in extensive travelling.
