Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up on incoming materials, verify, measure, inspect & ensure quality of materials as per specifications and establish standards when required.
∎ Maintain, monitor and track inspection schedule, timeliness and standards to complete within the lead time.
∎ Match incoming leather with color standards for leather, ensure checking hardware by 100%, and approve based on standards.
∎ Ensure final Inspection report sent to relevant stakeholders including Purchase, Warehouse, and Planning Department for on time production delivery.
∎ Ensure preparation of daily checking schedule for Quality check based on Production demand and delivery date as per standards and SOP received from Merchandising on master articles and standards.
∎ Managing people operations of every reporting section including attendance monitoring, reassignment, job rotation, training, etc.
∎ Prepare Monthly report and present in the monthly meeting on various parameters such as monthly efficiency, defects and shortage rate, supplier review, quality issue on materials supplied and specific issues faced and what corrective measures were recommended and implemented. Undertake corrective measures for areas where checking efficiency is lower than target and report on periodic progress.
∎ Collect and check leather loss report from production floor, report any discrepancy in quality or quantity to Supervisor and cross check with materials in production floor to take necessary action.
∎ Ensure on time Laboratory Calibration, in house measuring instrument certification, and color blindness test of related people.
∎ Align materials central confirmation for finished bag by Lab, Hardware & Leather section to avoid incoming material defect in production line.
∎ Kaizen - Ensure team members provide improvement ideas as per number of kaizen goals for the team and submit periodic Kaizen reports.
∎ Ensure Kaizen is being implemented every month or as and when required
∎ S6S - Ensure that all elements of S6S is followed and the team receives an audit score which is among the top 5 within Ventura.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong willingness and ability to learn and work in leather bag manufacturing industry.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Candidate should have competencies to analyze information, coordination, reporting skills, dealing with complexity.
∎ Fluency in English is a must as it's a common language in multilingual atmosphere.
∎ Must have good knowledge/ working experience with Microsoft office.
∎ Must have willingness to stay in Nilphamari/ Saidpur.

Salary: Tk. 22000 - 40000 (Monthly)
