Job Responsibilities:
HR Management:
Assist in recruitment & selection (job postings, CV screening, interviews, onboarding).
Prepare appointment letters and manage joining formalities. • Conduct induction & training programs for new hires.
Provide employee counseling and handle performance appraisals.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to Labor Law, Factory Rules, and Buyers’ COC (RSC, WRAP, BSCI, C-TPAT, Higg, etc.).
Conduct internal audits and monitor social compliance, health, and safety standards.
Educate employees on workplace safety, compliance policies, and grievance procedures.
Develop and implement company policies in line with legal requirements.
