• BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management.

• At least 2 years

Experience: At least 2 years in HR & Compliance, preferably in the garment industry.

Skills: Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.

Personality: Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent in communication.

Job Responsibilities:

HR Management:

• Assist in recruitment & selection (job postings, CV screening, interviews, onboarding).

• Prepare appointment letters and manage joining formalities. • Conduct induction & training programs for new hires.

• Provide employee counseling and handle performance appraisals.

Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to Labor Law, Factory Rules, and Buyers’ COC (RSC, WRAP, BSCI, C-TPAT, Higg, etc.).

• Conduct internal audits and monitor social compliance, health, and safety standards.

• Educate employees on workplace safety, compliance policies, and grievance procedures.

• Develop and implement company policies in line with legal requirements.
