Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
∎ Skills Required: Core HR Knowledge, Employee Relations, Grievance Handling, Human Resource Management, Recruitment & Selection

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, HR Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain manpower status properly for Recruitment, Selection, and Performance appraisal for management staff & worker consulting with concerned Department Head.
∎ Maintain HR software & Settle all kind of manpower related matters.
∎ Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and turnover analysis and absenteeism rates.
∎ Collect all the personal information needed and make sure that every new employee's appointment letter.
∎ Prepare ID cards for newly joined staffs & workers
∎ Prepare personal file for the employees and keeping all the employee files in proper order
∎ Ensure all new information for newly joined staffs are updated in the HR Database
∎ Organize and maintain HR database/Software regularly
∎ Draft memos, letters, notes & other communication materials for day to day HR operations
∎ Generate HR related report/ information as required by management
∎ Maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality of all information at all times
∎ Handling disciplinary action for the employees & worker in accordance with labor law and company policy, Conduct exit interviews.
∎ Daily attendance update & coordination with Payroll team.
∎ Analysis on regular and monthly absenteeism and migration.
∎ Discuss with HOD to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievances..
∎ Collect the employee's grievances and solve the grievances on top most priority basis
∎ Daily basis round all over the Factory to identify non-compliance issues
∎ Regularly monitor worker wage, incentive, leave, working hour etc. & other pay & rights related

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR Attendance, Leave Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge of EPZ Labor law 2019
∎ Sufficient knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Must be able to type Bangla and English.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Good command in writing & speaking English.

Salary: Negotiable
