Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Business Administration any other relevant subjects from any recognized public or private university.
∎ PGD in HRM will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep track on existing staff contract duration according to the project timeline and facilitate the contract renewal process of existing staff.
∎ Assist in performance appraisal process, communicate supervisors to ensure objective settings, mid-year review and year end appraisal.
∎ Assist employee in their separation process, facilitate exit interview, sent necessary clearance and documents to finance and accounts department for final payment.
∎ Communicate concern unit of Head Office to update project code and ensure staff project transfer.
∎ Update staff status in ERP and HR web portal
∎ Upload necessary documents of employee in personal file (EDMS)
∎ Coordinate with different unit of HR as and when required
∎ Generate necessary reports through HRIS
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Knowledge of HR Reporting
∎ Excellent skills in maintain HR database and using HR Software
∎ Excellent computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills
∎ Recording and reporting

∎ Ability to manage a varied workload, work under pressure, priorities and meet deadlines
