Education:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Business Administration or in any other relevant subjects from any recognized public or private university

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan on field visits and visit the field offices on a roster basis
∎ To strengthen rapport with the field staff & build a brand image of HRD by visiting the field offices on a regular basis
∎ Check and solve pending HR issue as per field visit check list
∎ Take session on HRPP to develop awareness on HRPP among field staff
∎ Participate & organize of different training, meeting and forum in the field offices
∎ Disburse & collect HR documents from field office
∎ Involve with internal investigations process (i.e. theft, harassment, etc.)
∎ Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
∎ Preserve updated staff leave balance by 15th of each month through follow-up and field visit
∎ Preserve time sheets and follow up inconsistencies if any
∎ Manage earn leave, special leave and CTO as per BRAC HRPP and communicate non-compliance with respective staff where applicable
∎ Carry out necessary analytics and take pro-active action to fix any leave & attendance issues to comply HRPP
∎ Coordinate with HQ unit where applicable to solve any critical issues
∎ Prepare leave and attendance report when applicable
∎ Maintain communication with all sector/ unit focal, branch manager and branch accounts regarding leave, attendance and code of conduct issues
∎ Attend meetings and forums and aware/ guide staff on the leave, attendance and code of conduct issues as per HRPP
∎ Prepare and update HR dashboard where required
∎ Prepare leave and investigation grievance reports where applicable as per requirements
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Human Resource Division (HRD) has been working with a goal to maximize job satisfaction, enhance transparency and ensure procedural justice for all employees. A large number of qualified, potential and committed staff is required to attain the organization’s goal and to operate these programs effectively. The Officer, HR will be responsible to provide support to ensure that the leave and attendance and field operations are ensured timely in a qualitative manner.
