Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Facilitate center-based skill training on plumbing trade as per the training module
∎ Profound knowledge on installation of plumbing systems
∎ Efficient in cost estimation of plumbing activities and should have real experience on TVET training
∎ Provide technical support and expertise in vocational training to accelerate the technical learning of the vocational training participants and ensure competency of the participants
∎ Coordinate with Project Manager (Vocational) and relevant project staff for quality training of the learners
∎ Prepare procurement plan, keep tracking on the budget spending and ensure necessary-inputs are reached to the project beneficiaries for quality implementation of the project
∎ Facilitate donor visit, liaison with stakeholders and represent stakeholders’ coordination meeting for implementation of the project
∎ Contribute to increase quality of the skill training activities as per the project plan
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with the project support services such for ensuring smooth support of project activities
∎ Attend in meetings, and monitoring job placement of graduated participants
∎ Prepare internal and external report as necessary and asked by the supervisor
∎ Support in arrangement of different seminar, workshop, training related to the services
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
∎ Project Officer, Technical Training (Plumbing) is responsible for conducting training and providing necessary support on plumbing in center based vocational training center on relevant skill trades.  The position contributes to ensure quality of the skill training activities according to plan & proposal. This position will work cooperatively with the Project manager (Vocational) in effective organization and facilitation of the vocational training.
