∎ BEST-TECH PROPERTIES LTD is a reputed real estate company in Bangladesh are seeking 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role in a Real Estate Sector as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist is required.

∎ Job Description / Responsibility:
∎
∎ Daily execution of reception & PABX services.
∎ Answer all incoming phone calls and transfer as required.
∎ Keep notes and pass them to the proper authority.
∎ Receive all documents and dispatch them properly.
∎ Maintain the attendance register and visitor register.
∎ Attend to clients and visitors at reception very gentle way.
∎ Update phone book regularly.
∎ Receive incoming couriers and parcels and distribute to the respective staff.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
