Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, implement and maintain KPIs and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
∎ Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
∎ Collaborate with departmental ladders to establish performance benchmarks and targets.
∎ Prepare detailed reports and presentations on HR performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
∎ Support HR leadership in workforce planning, talent management and succession planning activities.
∎ Utilize HR analytics tools and software to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics and performance management.
∎ Major Responsibilities:
