Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BBA from any reputed University with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable.
∎ Skills Required: HRIS, Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Problem solving and decision making

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and organise recruitment and selection process
∎ Facilitate on-boarding of new staffs
∎ Strengthen rapport with the staff & build a brand image of HRD by visiting the branch offices on a regular basis.
∎ Check and solve pending HR operational issues.
∎ Take session on HRPP to develop awareness on BRAC Human Resource Policy and Procedures (HRPP) among field staff.
∎ Participate & organize different training, meeting, and forum in the branch offices.
∎ Involve with internal investigations process and properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
∎ Maintain communication with all sector/ unit focal, operation team and branch accounts to ensure HR complaince.
∎ Attend meetings and forums and aware/ guide staff on the BRAC Human Resource Policy and Procedures (HRPP) and Safeguarding Policy.
∎ Ensure on-time performance appraisal in a qualitative manner and actively involve with the concerned department to make it effective.
∎ Maintain proper documentation and prepare different reports related to HR activities.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
