Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Need to make final settlement (resign & lefty statement with payment).
∎ Need to issue letter to lefty employees according to BLL & BLR. Experience for Biometric work complete by daily or monthly.
∎ Grievance handling with showcase letter writing as BLL & BLR when needed.
∎ Personal file writes for workers and staff. ( Personal file maintain responsible) Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedures. Ensure labor law practices, uniform & social compliance throughout the Company.
∎ Prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers.
∎ Ensure day-to-day smooth operation of the compliance program.
∎ Monitor workers health & safety issue, Fire safety, Accident & root cause analysis. Efficiently resolve all compliance issues, maintain healthy & safe working environment and be prepared for audit at any time. Need to make the performance appraisal.
∎ Need to work with payroll software (If needed) Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
∎ Prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports both internal & external.
∎ Floor observation, workers problem handling & implement the industrial relations.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the Senior/HOD & the Management from time to time.
