• Only Male

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories, Operation & Maintenance.

Proficiency in PLC systems, AutoCAD, and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Assurance trouble free operation and uninterrupted production through the proper maintenance of Electrical & Utility system under the supervision of supervisors and Head of Department

Power & Utility On/Off at right time and record in log book.

All the materials used in the Floor area are carried out from the store and record in log book.

Ensure Minimum Working time.

Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.

Preparing and focusing of factory maintenance budget.

Full knowledge of new connection, load increases -decreases, and changes in the industry.

Sub-Station, Industrial UPS, Intelligent MCC, HT and LT distribution system etc.

.  Developing and executing schedules for routine inspections and servicing to prevent equipment failure.

2. Providing immediate troubleshooting and repair for mechanical, electrical, and utility system issues to minimize production downtime

3. Fine-tuning specialized machinery (e.g., OFFSET PRINTING, EMBROIDERY, SCREEN PRINTING, JACQUARD ELASTIC, DRAWSTRING, TWILL TAPE extrusion, or sewing machines) to match specific product styles or fabric requirements.

4. Overseeing critical plant infrastructure, including generators, boilers, air compressors, chillers, and substations

5.  Managing the procurement and stock levels of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies.

6.  Leading, training, and scheduling shifts for junior mechanics, technicians, and helpers

7. Conducting regular safety audits, ensuring proper use of protective equipment, and maintaining detailed maintenance logs for audit purposes
