Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree from any recognized university
∎ (Science /Engineer background will be given preference)
∎ will be added value if any diploma/training about Chemical management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Required to conduct workers Awareness & Training program, Workers' Induction & Orientation Program,
∎ Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety and social responsibility etc.
∎ Handle insurance, workers compensation & benefit, disability claims, evaluate employees.
∎ Conduct vendor compliance audits in factory and follow up compliance issues as per BSCI rules.
∎ Educate and train employees on basis of BSCI compliance standards and requirements
∎ Generate and compile audit reports.
∎ Interface with internal and external customers on compliance-related requests, inquiries and matter.
∎ Oversee Workers & Staff welfare activities and census;
∎ Arrange counseling program regarding health and safety issues & rules and regulations;
∎ Organize seminars on hygiene, first aid, occupational health or any epidemic break out;
∎ Participate in Grievance handling and
∎ Assist Manager HRM in the Social Compliance Audit preparation & Factory Certification process.
∎ Report to HRM and communicate any health and welfare related issues.
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have vast experience and knowledge in the field of compliance in garments Factory (Woven/ Apparel/ Knitting).
∎ The Applicant should have experience in Accord/ Alliance standard, Labor Union Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct
∎ The applicants should have experience in the business area(s): Garments (Woven/ Apparel/ Knitting).
∎ Must have knowledge of BSCI / WRAP audit
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparent, proactive stance and positive style;
∎ Able to assess options and implications in order to identify a solution
∎ Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-Nature cooperative attitude.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English;
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP, PowerPoint;

Salary: Negotiable
