Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement of the recruitment process for new / vacant positions in conjunction with the relevant Line Manager.
∎ Maintains & updates the recruitment and selection tracking information system.
∎ Updates the reporting authority about employee's contract's expiry and seeks action whether they are extended or not.
∎ Employees leave & attendance maintain.
∎ Support on HR information Management.
∎ Monitor & maintain employee's performance data.
∎ Prepare & control employee's personal file.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communications skill both In Bangle & English.
∎ Proficient in MS office Package.
∎ Good inter personal & communication skill.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
