Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation (Social Science/ Economics/ Management/ Marketing/ Public Administration/ Political Science/ Business Administration or any other relevant subject from any reputed public or private university will get preference)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Communication, Government Liaison of NGO, Public Relations Skills

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaison and communicate project-related needs and registration with the NGOAB regarding FD7, FD6 as instructed by Manager, Government Liaison.
∎ Liaison onetime approvals of different projects and NOC/Certifications.
∎ Assist Manager, Government Liaison in contributing to build a knowledge base for legal and regulatory context for NGOs through liaison with government agencies and facilitating exchange with NGOs.
∎ Contribute to data collection, analysis and advocacy regarding the regulatory environment and impact on NGOs.
∎ Attend all meetings organized by DC, UNO, RRRC and CiC and submit relevant reports to Manager, Government Liaison on time.
∎ Assist Manager, Government Liaison in submission of financial & narrative reports for NGOAB projects by the support of Programme and Finance Department.
∎ Maintain and periodically share the status of FD6/ FD7/ FC1, FD4 through a tracker by coordination with Grants & Finance Team and updates follow up on the status of different files, reports, NOC/certifications.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge in Budget, FD7, FD6 etc
∎ Knowledge and experience of dealing with RRRC, CiC, UNO and other Government Officials
∎ Knowledge of public relations
∎ Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
∎ Have excellent typing skill both in Bengali and English
∎ Pro-actively seeking new ways of improving relationship with stakeholders
∎ Have ability to overcome obstacles in internal and external relationship building
∎ Have ability to visit field offices, CiC offices, UNO offices and other Govt. Officials frequently and as required
∎ Have self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work

Salary: Negotiable
