∎ Engineering background will be preferable.
∎ Advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
∎ Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g. OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred.
∎ Skilled on Risk Assessment and reporting, CAP preparation and follow up, Fire safety rules & regulations, Workplace safety audits and inspections, Fire Safety system and Training.
∎ Strong knowledge of fire safety standards, regulations, and emergency procedures.
∎ Excellent communication and training skills.
∎ Proficiency in maintaining safety documentation and records.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct daily floor visits to ensure all fire and safety protocols are being observed, inspecting fire extinguishers, fire alarms, smoke detectors, hydrants, fire doors, and firefighting equipment.
∎ Regularly monitor and verify all fire-related systems, Fire equipment, identifying any fire hazard areas and implementing immediate corrective actions when necessary.
∎ Prepare, update, and maintain all documentation related to fire safety audits, safety registers, and compliance with standards.
∎ Conduct fire safety training and regular fire and emergency evacuation drills to educate employees on emergency procedures. Ensure documentation for both fire and electrical safety training is maintained.
∎ Organize and document safety committee meetings, and arrange regular fire safety and electrical safety training sessions to reinforce compliance.
∎ Ensure all fire safety measures meet legal requirements and company standards, managing documentation of fire and safety procedures, training, and equipment lists.
