Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare inventory report on daily for stationeries, Mechanical, Utility, Electrical, spare parts, production accessories.
∎ To Monitor the goods and issue materials against approved move order.
∎ To prepare daily, weekly, monthly stock report as per departmental requirement.
∎ To maintain store ledger and updating over the time.
∎ To maintain the materials in the store by compliance manner.
∎ To ensure & deliver the related accessories to the production floor.
∎ To maintain the Stock Register of all Local Trims, Accessories, Stationary, Printing Etc.
∎ To ensure maintain all stock register.
∎ To Maintain the order wise Swatch Card/ Trims Card .
∎ To maintain all Stock Register by the Bin Card System.
∎ To ensure make swatch and approval after receiving accessories.
∎ To ensure all remaining accessories reports to the management after shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, E-mail communication, using internet.
∎ Fluency in speaking English.
∎ Self-motivated & ability to work hard.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
