Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To generate insight by analysing the agri market of Bangladesh.
∎ To design agri-related products or interventions for escalating farm mechanisation based on beneficiaries' needs, geographic context, and adaptation.
∎ To plan and chalk out interventions in a holistic context for fallow land development including ensuring market linkage.
∎ To drive product adoption & timely upgrade core products to meet beneficiaries' needs and project strategies.
∎ To provide related support, guidance, and advice to beneficiaries, and also conduct regular field-level coordination, relevant workshops, and meetings.
∎ To develop and maintain positive relationships with relevant local stakeholders related to agricultural components of the project.
∎ To maintain liaison with relevant government office and representative for driving crop diversification and mechanisation goals.

∎ Job Purpose
∎ Products designing for farm mechanization and utilization of fallow land, assisting in product adaptation for community people and ensuring necessary market linkages where applicable.
∎ Key Responsibilities

∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Location: BRAC Field Office
