Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates Must know about HIGG self-assessment & Higg audit-related everything for a Cut to Pack Factory.• Regular monitoring of all compliance status in line with buyer's requirements adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.• To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health & Safety issues, etc.• RSC & Nirapon Requirement• Nirapon 90 Days reporting• Should have Sound Knowledge on OCS, GOTS, Organic, BSCI, WRAP & certification audits.• Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers' requirements. Handling disciplinary matters, Grievances, and counseling, improving employee motivation & worker engagement etc.• Find out all Non-compliance issues & take the necessary steps to solve them• Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with a target date line against audit reports for Buyer Handling Leave Management, performance appraisal, improve worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
∎ Job Context:
∎ To Lead, coordinate and support all activities of system audits; Prepare and maintain Audit documentation. To coordinate and support factory heads to improve day to day Compliance & Environmental Management system. To develop a continuing improvement system for all Environment requirements.
