∎ Masters /Honors in any discipline from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Admin and Compliance: General HR, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Social Compliance and Sustainability.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yearly / monthly manpower budget.
∎ Maintain and prepare HR related documents of employee as per requirement of Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules-2015.
∎ Ensure all the legal documents of the factory are timely updated.
∎ Conduct in house training for all employees such as Orientation, OH&S, EMS, Fire Safety, Grievance, Health & Safety, First Aid, and Security awareness training effectively.
∎ Arrange fire safety training programs and implement fire safety concerning with the local fire safety authority.
∎ Ensure employee’s health and safety and suitable working environment.
∎ Prepare the whole factory for different audit as per compliance / buyer COC and ensure Corrective Action Plan (CAP) accordingly.
∎ Ensure and assist different HR and compliance related tasks as company policy.
∎ Maintain liaison with government regulatory authority (e.g. Labour Office, Fire Service, Local Police Station, UNO, Environment Office, Local Influences)
∎ Conduct internal audit and generate report to monitor the non-compliance in different areas of the factory and report to top management.
∎ Ensure all procedures, policies, legislation and regulations are fully compiled.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Adequate knowledge in BLL-2006, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), BSCI/Sedex and different audit.
∎ Good at Communication Skills (Both in English and Bengali -Verbal & Written)
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, work environment.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Self-motivated, Self-directed and Proactive.
