∎ Masters in any discipline preferably with related Professional Qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the function of the Bank in line with Companies Act, Bank Company Act, BSEC, RJSC Regulations and Guidelines.
∎ Sound knowledge about statutory and regulatory requirements for efficient administration of banking company including corporate governance/ best practices.
∎ Practical exposure of the affairs of the Shareholders & share related works & issues.
∎ To act as a point of communication between the Management, Company's Shareholders and regulatory authorities
∎ To maintain and look after all Blank Share Certificate and Dividend Warrants/ Records/ Papers / Documents etc.
∎ To provide information to BSEC, CDBL and DSE to any corporate action.
∎ To maintain procedures of Dematerialization, Dematerialization and transfer of securities in dematerialization form in respect of the said security of Shares.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicant should have minimum 2 years of experience in the Board and Share Operation of a scheduled commercial Bank
