Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work together with Quality personnel in the factory responsible for the H&M order.
∎ Follow the standard requirements, when inspecting the order.
∎ Check the malarial, weight, hand feel, stretch ability etc, correspond with seal counter sample.
∎ Find problems, do the root cause analysis and make corrective action plan report.
∎ Perform the nickel test with H&M standards, children's safety test, and functional test and write reports.
∎ Fit some garments on dummy or line model and write report.
∎ Explain the comments, faults or rejections to the quality responsible from factory.
∎ Send picture or sample of faulty goods to H&M local PO when order is stopped.
∎ Check the correct transport cartoon size is used and that the goods are packed according to packing inspection manual.
∎ Take approved accessories trim card, color continuity card, data sheet, production planning standard ,lab dip, risk Assessment sheet lab test report, bill of material sheet, cane instructions, swatch of bulk material with correct finishing
∎ Perform duties and maintain total reporting as and when required by the management and H&M in line with the designation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of all inspection areas of the accessories+ Fabric+ cutting+ sewing and sample garment
∎ Must have capacity to lead RQS team of the factory
∎ Must be computer literate
∎ Able to work independently and proactively
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
