Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of computer science/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Applied Physics
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the primary system administrator; Systems include; servers, workstations, printers and laptops (both wired and wireless).
∎ Hands on experience with Windows, Active Directory, File server.
∎ Hands on experience with Vmware Esxi & Hyper-V
∎ Hands on experience in the administration of Microsoft Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2019, Exchange Online and hybrid infrastructures.
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, both workstation and server.
∎ Troubleshoot network and remote access connectivity problems.
∎ Perform general system maintenance and support.
∎ Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware, software.
∎ Ensure all end user support.
∎ Hands on experience with switch and router, firewall deployment and maintaining.
∎ Maintaining the mailing system operation in exchange server and M365 platform.
∎ PABX, VSAT & Radio Link system troubleshooting.
∎ Anti virus installation and making the network virus free.
∎ Licensing of software and other required renewals and documentation.
∎ Hands on experience with Microsoft System Center DPM.
∎ Recommend and establish policies on system use and services and ensure confidentiality of data.
∎ Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 programs.
∎ Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
∎ Ability to work overtime as needed and ability to work under pressure.
∎ The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and to see, hear, walk and talk effectively. Must be able to use safety equipment as required.
∎ This position requires the ability to perform these functions with little supervision.
∎ EXPERIENCE AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
∎ Minimum of 2 years' experience working in network and server administration work.
∎ Must possess troubleshooting knowledge.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Active Directory, Cisco Switch and Router, Firewall, Fortinet, IT Security, Juniper, Linux platforms, MS SQL Server , Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Windows Server.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills, self motivated, flexible and committed
∎ Proven ability to work independently
