∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with good understanding of emotional intelligence.
∎ Team player with leadership qualities.
∎ Advanced level PC skills particularly in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Good command in both English and Bengali.
∎ Responsible for multi-tasking, cross functional activities.
∎ Willing to travel locally to get market knowledge and Abroad for training and develop technical know-how.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and supervise the overall operations of the factory, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards.
∎ Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
∎ Monitor production schedules, inventory levels, and resource allocation to meet production targets.
∎ Coordinate production activities, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
∎ Oversee inventory control processes, including stock monitoring, ordering, and replenishment, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
∎ Maintain product costing and pricing, and report to the management regularly.
∎ Implement inventory management systems and procedures to minimize stock outs and excess inventory.
∎ Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
∎ Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to employees to develop their skills and capabilities.
∎ Performing any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior authority from time to time.
