Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 24 to 35 years
  • Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Excel Internet etc.
  • Good command in Bengali and English.
  • Strong analytical and communication ability.


Responsibilities & Context:

Monthly Target Preparation:

  • Collaborate with the sales head to prepare and set monthly sales targets for the sales team based on management guidelines.

Sales Closing Report:

  • Prepare and submit monthly sales closing reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Sales Reporting:

  • Generate various types of sales reports on a regular basis and provide them to the concerned departments.
  • Product-wise Sales Follow-up: Track product-wise sales and communicate updates to the sales team.

Sales Meeting Minutes:

  • Prepare and maintain minutes for all sales meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Dealers' Document Filing:

  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of dealers' documents in line with company policy.

Coordination with MIS Department:

  • Work closely with the MIS Department to ensure sales reports are generated with up-to-date data.

Sales Policies & Procedures Communication:

  • Regularly communicate with the field sales team to ensure they are informed about sales policies and procedures.

Outlet Data Management:

  • Compile, update, and maintain a comprehensive list of outlets.

Route Chart Management:

  • Compile and monitor the route charts of field forces and ensure proper follow-up.

Product Damage/Return Adjustment:

  • Ensure the adjustment of product damages / return according to company policy.

Credit Limit Adjustments:

  • Adjust customer credit limits with management approval when necessary.

Sales Team Tracking:

  • Monitor the sales team's work to ensure adherence to assigned routes.

Market Visits:

  • Conduct market visits as required by the role or management.

Other Duties:

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
