Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's in MIS/ Finance/ Accounting/ Statistics/ Bio- Statistics/ Economics/ Business Studies or any relevant subject from any recognised university/ institution

∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ JOB PURPOSE: Strengthen M&E system through integrated monitoring supervision activities. Ensure proper monitoring and evaluation, liaison with government and donor. Regular on site data validation by Spot check and provide critical inputs for evidence based planning.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strengthen the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system through integrated monitoring supervision of the project
∎ Liaison with government and donors M&E divisions to ensure that all tasks are carried out in accordance with guidelines
∎ Support the implementation of monitoring and evaluation, check the quality of data produced through regular field visits
∎ Assist to develop the overall framework/reporting format of the monitoring and evaluation activities
∎ Check the financial report and finance spot check at the field level to avoid compliance issues through extensive field visits
∎ Onsite data validation (programmatic and financial) through extensive field visits and support field staff for error-free data entry
∎ Coordinate monthly/quarterly data collection, data analysis, data compilation and prepare reports meeting deadlines
∎ Assist in proposal/concept note development along with other documents (budget, work plan) as per project need
∎ Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong knowledge on data collection and data analysis, data management
∎ Knowledge on programme Monitoring and Evaluation
∎ Knowledge on Research findings analysis and reporting
∎ Have proficiency in computer skills with all Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
∎ Excellent in statistical, analysis software, Statistical data analysis and Data Compilation
∎ Excellent Interpersonal, problem solving, future oriented and teamwork
∎ Have skills on effective communication and report writing
∎ Capacity to work independently in the field with minimum guideline
∎ Supportive attitude towards processes of strengthening staff capacity
∎ Minimum 03 years' work experience in relation to Grant Management/ Monitoring and Evaluation
