Strong knowledge of ERP systems and production workflows.
Expertise in software development (e.g., C#, .NET, Python, SQL, JavaScript, or similar).
Experience with databases (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle).
Proficiency in Power BI, Crystal Reports, or reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
3–6 years of experience in ERP/MIS roles with hands-on development.
Prior experience in manufacturing industry ERP is highly preferred.

We are currently looking for experienced individual for the position of MIS & Software Coordinator.
Objective:
To manage and supervise production data input, analysis, and customized reporting within the ERP system, while also developing software tools and enhancements to support production operations. This role bridges Production, MIS, and IT development, ensuring accurate data, meaningful reports, and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
ERP Data & Reporting
- Supervise and validate all production data entries into ERP.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of production-related data (input, output, wastage, downtime, recovery %).
- Design and generate customized dashboards and MIS reports for management.
ERP Coordination
- Act as the key liaison between production units and ERP provider.
- Gather business requirements and coordinate with ERP vendor for enhancements.
- Test and implement new ERP modules and features.
Software Development
- Develop in-house applications, tools, and integrations to support production workflows.
- Automate routine reporting and data analysis processes.
- Create custom scripts, APIs, or middleware to extend ERP functionality.
- Maintain documentation of all developed systems.
System Training & Support
- Train production and MIS staff on ERP functionalities and new in-house tools.
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for ERP and related software.
Continuous Improvement
- Analyze production processes and suggest digital/automation improvements.
- Implement best practices in MIS, ERP, and custom software solutions.
- Ensure compliance with IT security and data governance policies.
