∎ BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant fields is an advantage but not required!
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze requirements given by Project Manager to determine technical specification and architecture for the system.
∎ Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
∎ Estimate workload and project delivery timeline.
∎ Distribute tasks among team members.
∎ Write clean, testable code using .NETFramework
∎ Develop technical specifications and architecture.
∎ Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
∎ Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
∎ Review and refactor code.
∎ Comply with project plans and industry standards.
∎ Support and mentor junior developers.

∎ 3 - 5+ years work experience as a C# Developer.
∎ Proficiency in building desktop and/or web-based applications using .NET technologies.
∎ In-depth knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages.
∎ Previous experience working in test driven development is a plus.
∎ Working experience with other Microsoft technologies like powerapps, Azure etc is a plus.
∎ Working experience with Microsoft COM API is a plus.
∎ Professional Experience in building desktop applications is a plus.
∎ Good understanding of Vanilla Javascript.
∎ Ability to learn new technology is required.
∎ Familiarity with agile environments.
∎ Troubleshooting abilities.
∎ Good communication skills.
Salary:
∎ Monthly compensation package range of Tk 70,000 to 180,000 based on skills and experience.
