Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform Microbiologist Test of Raw and finished products as per BSTI Requirement.
∎ Collect the samples from production floor for microbiological test.
∎ Maintain the register for incubation samples and shelf life study.
∎ Check different require analytical reagents for chemical analysis.
∎ Microbiological works at various products below:
∎ 1. Juice
∎ 2. Soft Drinks product
∎ 3. Solid product
∎ 4. Water
∎ 5. Air
∎ 6. Swab test on human, machines and space.
∎ Routine Microbial parameters which are to be checked:
∎ 1. Sterility Test
∎ 2. Coli form test
∎ 3. Total plate count Test
∎ 4. Yeast & Mold Test
∎ 5. Gram Negative Bacterial Test
∎ 6. Swab Test
∎ 7. Air exposure test
∎ They have also to conduct fumigation in the sensitive production floor.
∎ Note: He has also preformed all ETP related lab test as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
