Experience:

• At least 3 years

• B.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology & Genetic engineering from a reputed University

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 32 years (Preferable)

• Experience in the similar role & industry will get preference

• Candidates with certified training in ISO-22000/HACCP/GHP/GLP/BRC/HALAL and other food safety related course will get preference

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Conduct microbiological testing, including Standard Plate Count (SPC), Yeast & Mold, Coliforms, E. coli, and Salmonella on raw materials, in process samples and finished products to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

• Perform environmental monitoring and swab sampling across production & processing areas to verify adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols.

• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment; such as incubators, autoclaves, microscopes and other microbiological testing instruments.

• Prepare, standardize and maintain culture media, reagents and solutions required for routine and specialized microbiological analyses.

• Investigate microbiological deviations and contamination sources, conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions to ensure product safety and quality.
