Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have very good knowledge on costing and confirmation of price, placement of orders etc. of all kinds of products.
∎ Handle order starting from development to shipment.
∎ Should have a clear conception of products, specially ladies' Tops/Blouse/Knit items
∎ Proper executions of orders according to planned time and action plan on regular basis to ensure on - time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Monitor/ follow-up sampling program.
∎ Communicate & follow up with buyers, suppliers and factory for smooth handling of orders.
∎ Execute and follow up on replenishment system ensuring all sizes and colors and also all styles are properly merchandise.
∎ Troubleshoot during development and/or production.
∎ Maintain all relevant merchandising communications files, reports etc.
∎ Looking for prospective high profile customers and bring in new business that ensures solid profitability.
∎ Handle merchandising performances of particular buyers (knits & woven) starting from assessing a new order's feasibility to shipment of goods.
∎ Planning & arranging the Trims & Accessories well in advance with the help of procurement department and making consumption of fabric, threads and accessories and carry out costing.
∎ Liaison with the buyers regarding any issues till the shipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience as a Merchandising Manager in Export oriented Garments factory
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently.
∎ Should have ideas about effective communication for raw materials booking and delivery.
∎ Should be able to do multitask, remain organized, follow up and meet deadlines.
∎ Advance level of skill is must in MS office package.
