Job Responsibilities:
∎ The well-settled 100% EOU Garment factory looking for Merchandising Manager
∎ Understanding the latest merchandising trends of buyers and review the development packages received from buyers and put the developments into work with the product development team.
∎ Check all costing for price negotiation with the buyer, quoting, TNA, ordering raw materials from suppliers and detail-oriented
∎ Attend price & sample review meetings with the buyer
∎ Need to have direct exposure with the buyer and existing relationship with the brand buyer.
∎ Update the fabric & garment master spreadsheet to all concerned dept. Strong understanding of fabric and garments dynamics.
∎ Knowledge of buyer house compliance and regulatory rules is preferable.
∎ Keep costs and other overheads of the Department within the budgeted limit.
∎ Knows the strengths and challenges of each team member and sets goals, expectations, and responsibilities without ambiguity. Delegates work, inspects expectations & work, and gives feedback regularly. Coaches, mentors and motivates team on the ground.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and problem-solving skills
∎ Must have excellent presentation skills in English for both large and small audiences
∎ Strong understanding of merchandising financials and the ability to manage profitability
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Self-starter/ self-motivated, capable of staying on track, and pursuing solutions without supervision.
∎ Nationality: Bangladeshi only
