• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or relevant field

• Hands-on experience working with Catalyst buyer is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of woven fabrics, garment construction, and wash techniques

• Good understanding of costing and critical path management

• Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)Ability to handle multiple developments under tight deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Strong familiarity with Catalyst’s compliance and quality standards

• Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

1. Manage end-to-end product development for woven garments for Catalyst buyer

2. Handle buyer communication regarding new developments, sample approvals, and technical feedback

3. Develop proto, fit, and SMS samples as per buyer requirements

4. Ensure accurate interpretation of tech packs and buyer instructions

5. Coordinate closely with sampling, sourcing, and production teams

6. Source fabrics, trims, and accessories in line with buyer standards

7. Maintain T&A calendars and ensure on-time sample submissions

8. Follow up on lab dips, fabric approvals, and technical comments

9. Prepare cost sheets and support price negotiations

10. Ensure smooth handover from development to bulk production
