∎ Experience: Strong knowledge of woven garments, with a preference for those experienced in outerwear. Proven experience handling major buyers such as H&M, Aldi, Next, C&A, Walmart, etc.
∎ Skills: Strong production follow-up skills, including on-the-spot visits if necessary. Sound knowledge of the entire order execution process, from development to shipment. Excellent communication skills for dealing with suppliers, in-house teams, and buyers. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
∎ Soft Skills: Problem solving capabilities, Time Management Skills, Team collaboration and leadership skills, adaptability to changing buyer requirement and market trends.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Buyer Management: Independently manage buyer accounts, ensuring all requirements are met.
∎ Production Follow-Up: Monitor production processes, conduct on-site visits if needed, and ensure timely execution.
∎ Development & Order Execution: Oversee the development process and ensure orders are executed smoothly until shipment.
∎ Supplier Coordination: Communicate effectively with suppliers for raw materials, space booking, and timely delivery.
∎ Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (e.g., quality control, production, Commercial) to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
∎ Shipping Coordination: Follow up with factories and shipping companies to ensure timely shipment and correct documentation.
∎ Buyer Compliance: Understand and implement buyer comments and procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Supplier Performance Monitoring: Evaluate supplier performance and contribute to annual supplier scorecards.
∎ Documentation: Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, and reports for efficient order processing.
∎ Reporting: Provide daily updates to management and buyers, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
∎ We are looking for experienced Merchandisers for woven garments with very strong knowledge on development and order execution & follow-up within the given time frame. Must be well aware of Woven Garments, those who have experience on Outerwear will get preference Candidate should have experience handling H&M, Aldi, Next, C&A, Walmart etc.
