Job Context:
∎ We are looking for experienced Merchandisers for woven garments with very strong knowledge on quotation & development and in order execution & follow-up orders within given time frame.
∎ Must be well aware about Woven Garments, who have experience on Outerwear will get preference
∎ Candidate should have experience to handle H&M, Aldi, Next, PVH etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to do costing of all kinds of woven garments. Able to do consumption & costing independently & on the spot.
∎ Sound knowledge on quotation and development.
∎ Communication skill to deal with suppliers for raw materials and to be in house, space booking and delivery on time
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
∎ Follow up with factory/shipping company to ensure shipment move on time
∎ Follow up with commercial on correct shipping documents, shipment advice & payment
∎ Daily report to the management & the buyer
∎ Should be able to understand buyer's comments and follow procedures for order fulfillment.
∎ Monitor supplier performance and provide inputs to the annual suppliers' scorecard
∎ Able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume business
∎ Will be able to handle buyer account independently.
∎ Overall responsibilities to look at designated accounts assigned by the management and provide updates
∎ Maintains all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc. required for processing orders efficiently.
∎ Co-ordinate with buyer, accessories supplier, factory management, planning & commercial for on time shipment.
∎ Need to understand production planning & monitoring.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency on quotation, development and production follow-up merchandising.
∎ Must have good command in English both speaking & writing
∎ Vast knowledge about computer and Expertise on mail communication.
∎ Jacket manufacturing experience will get preference.
Salary: Negotiable
