Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound Knowledge on all types of Yarn, Fabric, Garments, Accessories, Print, Embroidery, Washing and other applications.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and capability of executing the complete approval procedure of Lab-Dip, Proto / Fit Sample, Size Set Sample and Quality Sample.
∎ Should be capable of understanding Comments & Follow-up the same.
∎ Manage account from order inquiry to shipment along with the TNA plan.
∎ Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure on time shipment and 100% quality approval.
∎ Follow up on sample developments and production.
∎ Follow up trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification.
∎ Work with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure orders are done as per specifications.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Good communication skill with team members & Suppliers dealing, ability to work under pressure, good time management & good inter personal relationship.
∎ Update all data in web based application and in shared folder for the clear picture about the project to all.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good product knowledge and sourcing process skill is a requisite.
∎ Must have deep knowledge of all kind of knit fabrics & accessories.
∎ Well versed in monitoring the knit, woven, sweater Garments production.
∎ Strong knowledge about yarn, fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Factory orientation within the career time will be added advantage.
∎ Should have excellent knowledge on computer MS office packages.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure, capable of multitasking and able to handle extensive pressure.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English is mandatory.
∎ Result oriented and self driven with strong focus on deadlines.
∎ Capable to work both as a Team Member as well as independently.
∎ Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
Salary: Negotiable
