• 5+ years professional experience in the field of social and environmental compliance         

• Certified auditing skills for social and environmental standards in Bangladesh and India         

• A solid track record in project management, ideally in an international setting         

• Background in environmental and chemical management preferred         

• Ability to engage on par with factory managers, workers and (critical) stakeholders         

• Team player with good communication skills         

• Good Bangla and English knowledge required; knowledge of another language spoken in India preferred         

• Flexibility to travel locally and internationally

• Reporting directly to the Tchibo headquarters in Germany and based in our Liaison Office in Dhaka, you will shape the Tchibo Health & Safety and environmental programmes in Bangladesh and India.
• As a member of the international Corporate Responsibility / Human Rights team you will improve the environmental and social performance of our supplier factories in Bangladesh and India.
• Among your tasks, you will carry out assessments and be responsible for the audit process for factories and support our factories to meet the ACCORD remediation requirements.
• To fulfil our Detox Commitment, it is your job to motivate factories to implement state-of-the-art environmental and chemical management systems.
• You will constantly be in touch with our business partners, interact frequently with important stakeholders, in particular in the field of Health & Safety and environmental responsibility.
